The Wines of Maufoux

Burgundy is divided into five districts, all of which make very different wines. The districts include Chablis, the most northern, the Cote D’Or, the Cote Chalonnaise, the Maconnais and Beaujolais. The Cote D’Or, which is known as the heart of Burgundy is further divided into the Cote de Nuits and the Cote de Beaune.
